At Corelanes, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. Below is an overview of our delivery timelines and options.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders go through processing before shipment.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During peak periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation notification once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Estimated Home Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on your location and begins after your order has been shipped.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Corelanes offers Cash on Delivery in select locations.
- COD availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address with the exact amount ready.
- Orders placed with COD may require phone confirmation before shipment.
- Repeated failed COD deliveries may result in future COD orders being restricted.
4. Pickup Station Delivery
Customers may choose to have their orders delivered to a designated pickup station instead of their home or office.
Pickup Timeline:
- Orders are usually ready for pickup within 2–5 business days, depending on location.
- You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
Important for Pickup:
- Bring a valid ID and your order confirmation message/email.
- Orders must be collected within the stated pickup window (usually 3–5 days). Uncollected orders may be returned and refunded according to our refund policy.
Pickup stations may have their own operating hours, which will be shared in your pickup notification.
5. Express or Same-Day Delivery (If Available)
For select areas, express or same-day delivery may be available at an additional cost.
- Orders must be placed before the daily cutoff time shown at checkout.
- Availability depends on product type and delivery location.
6. Possible Delivery Delays
Delays can sometimes occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier or transport disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Customer unavailability (especially for COD orders)
While these factors may be outside our control, we will always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
7. Order Tracking
When available, we will provide:
- A tracking number, or
- Updates from our delivery partner
This allows you to follow your order’s journey.
8. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails:
- The courier may attempt redelivery, or
- You may be contacted to reschedule
Additional delivery fees may apply for repeated attempts.
9. Split Deliveries
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages depending on stock location or seller fulfillment. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
